Poorhouse put together a hootenanny on April 17. Joe Buck Yourself celebrated his anniversary while Viva Le Vox, The Darling Sweets, Lone Wolf, Sawyer Family and others performed while burgers and hotdogs were served outside. The crowd was dancfully rowdy and the drinks were pouring.

Revolution became undead on April 17. Hollywood Undead came back and brought L.E.D lights with them. They performed a show so clean it almost could have been a back-track, but we know Undead would never do that. The hiphop group with a hint of rock didn't sell out which is a shame. A lot of people missed out on a good time.

Friday night at Poorhouse was a county bumpkin good time. Former bassist of Viva Le Vox brought out his newest venture, The Loxahatchee Sinners Union, and he jumped on stage during Filthy Still's set with a washboard.

And it's back! Barrett Jackson has come once again to West Palm Beach as one of the biggest car auctions around. There were so many cars I had to make 2 photo galleries to put some of them up.

This auction is for the car enthusiast or for the non-enthusiast. 4 Tents laid out rows of hundreds of classic and new cars. Remodels, originals and camera phones were found everywhere. If you have $200 lying around you could have bought a seat in the auction, non-refundable of course. You could have bid on the 1957 De Soto Adventurer if you had $247,500.00.

F.Y.I - The Batmobile went for $110,000.00.

PoorHouse never lets us down. The Wholetones from Naples came across the everglades to play a little jig for us over here in Ft. Lauderdale Saturday, April 2. Not sure what to expect, I just went for the beer. Usually bands have that one member who just blows your mind. The Wholetones seem to take turns being that member. I just couldn't keep my eyes off of Alex Dorris with every instrument he played (guitar, banjo, chello, ect). Then to switch it up, Taylor Freydber came out of nowhere with the harmonica and banjo. Next thing you know, Mayo Coates is screaming over the sound of all the instruments from behind the drum set.

This band is well worth seeing if they happen to be in your town. While their original stuff is great, I reccomend you stick around for their Decemberist's cover.
